Our factory operates a modern, driven-tool CNC lathe, which enables us to manufacture complex workpieces, up to ±0,005 mm precision and up to Ø400 x 1000 mm size. Due to the possibility of fusing milling and machining technologies, we are able to finish machining in one operation. This ensures the precision of critical relative dimensions. Due to the rigidness of the lathe - depending of material quality - we are able to create surfaces that equal to grinded surfaces in quality. Furthermore, we undertake production of axis-type pieces on our conventional lathes, up to Ø600 x 2000 mm size.
We are able to manufacture high-complexity pieces by milling, utilizing state-of-the art CAD/CAM systems. There are 2 CNC milling machines and 1 toolmaker milling machine available, which makes fast and cost-efficient production possible, up to 1200 x 610 x 610 mm size and up to 500 kg weight. Most of our mills come with direct measurng systems, which enables manufacturing up to ± 0,01 mm precision. To preserve the precision of our CNC mills, we are using them only to remove a minimal amount of material, for roughing and pre-roughing operations, we have another 5 conventional mills available.
Due to the increasing precision requirements of our partners, we purchased our second Wire EDM in 2015, which greatly increased our capacity and enabled us to manufacture up to ±0,002 mm precision. With our current machine park, we are able to manufacture etalons and measuring gauge items, that satisfies all the requirements of the industry. With Wire EDM, we can manufacture metal parts up to 350 x 250 x 220 mm size, regardless of material hardness. Furhtermore, we undertake production of complex shaped workpieces with intricate details, using our Shinker EDMs.
With our Surface and Cylindrical Grinders, we undertake grinding of axis-type and column-type workpieces. Our grinders are supplied with direct measurement systems,so we are able to grind very hard materials with exceptional precision, resulting in very smooth surfaces. We can undertake surface grinding up to 1000 x 320 mm or 800 x 400 mm size, and cylindrical grinding up to Ø380 x 600 mm or Ø250 x 700 mm size.
